This privacy policy describes how Oecan AI ("we" or "our") protects your privacy when you use AI Restyle including the website ("site") located on airestyle.ai and all AI Restyle mobile applications ("apps").

Please read this privacy policy carefully.

By accessing or using AI Restyle services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and all terms and conditions incorporated by reference. This privacy policy is a part of AI Restyle and is included in the 【Terms of Use】. If you do not agree to all of the following terms and conditions, you may not use AI Restyle services.

This privacy policy applies to information collected through The AI Restyle services

If you decide not to read the entire privacy policy, we hope you can understand some key points of our privacy practices:

• This application is an AI photo generator that allows users to automatically generate highly realistic facial photos based on neural network technology.
• We use a third-party cloud provider - Amazon Web Services - to process and generator photos.
• This application will only upload photographs that you have specifically selected for editing to the cloud.
• During the editing process, photographs will be temporarily cached on cloud servers and encrypted using keys stored locally on mobile devices.
• After your last editing of the photographs, it will be kept in the cloud for a limited period of 12 to 24 hours so that you can return the image and make other changes (if you choose to do so).
• We will not use the photographs you provide for any purpose other than providing you with the portrait editing function of the application.

The personal information we collect:

When you use this application, we may collect information about you including:

• Photos provided by your camera or photo album (if you have authorized us to access your camera or photo album) in app Internet search function or social media account (if you choose to connect to your social media account) when using the application. We only obtain specific images that you choose to modify using this application; Even if you grant us access to the album, we will not collect your album. We encrypt every photo you upload using the application. The encryption key is stored on your device. This means that the only device that can view photos is the device that uploads photos using the application - the user's device. Please note that although we do not require or request any metadata to be attached to the photos you upload by default, metadata (including geotags, etc.) may be associated with your photos. We take measures to remove any metadata that may be related to the photos you provide while using the application.
• Application usage information such as information about how you use the application and interact with us including your preferred language, date and time of first installation of the application, and date and time of last use of the application.
• Purchase history if you choose to purchase an application subscription such as confirming that you are a paying subscriber of the application.
• Social media information if you choose to log in to the application through a third-party platform or social network (such as Facebook) or connect your account on the third-party platform or network to the application. We may collect information from the platform or network such as your social media alias, name, number of "friends" on the social media platform and (if dependent on your Facebook or other network settings) your friend list or links (although we do not use or store this information). We collect and process information from social media platforms subject to the requirements imposed on us by these platforms in their relevant terms and conditions.
• Device data such as the operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device ID, push token, Google ad ID, Apple ad ID, browser type, screen resolution, IP address (as well as your country/region) and websites visited before accessing our website; And other information about the device you use to access the application.
• Online activity data such as information about your use of applications and websites as well as actions performed on applications and websites including pages or screens viewed, time spent on a particular page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activities on a particular page or screen, access time and duration. Our service providers and certain third parties (such as online advertising networks and their customers) may also collect such information over time and on third-party websites and mobile applications. We may use cookies, browser network storage (also known as local storage objects or "LSOs"), web beacons, and similar technologies to collect this information on our website. We may collect this information directly or through the use of third-party software development kits (SDKs). SDK may enable third parties to directly collect information from our application.

How we use your personal information:

We will not use the photos you provide for any purpose other than providing you with application editing functionality. We may use information other than photos for the following purposes:

• To operate and improve the application:
• Enable you to use the functionality of the application;
• If you choose to log in to the application using your social media account, please establish and maintain your account;
• Communicate with you about information related to the application, including sending you announcements, updates, and security alerts (which we may send through push notifications), as well as responding to your requests, questions, and feedback;
• Provide technical support and maintenance for applications; and
• Conduct statistical analysis on the usage of the application (including through usage Google Analytics).
• Sending you marketing and promotional information. We may send marketing messages to you within the limits permitted by law. You will be able to choose to opt out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in the 'Exit Marketing' section below.
• For compliance, fraud prevention, and security. We may use your personal information and disclose it to law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and private parties as we deem necessary or appropriate: (a) to protect our, your, or others' rights, privacy, security, or property (including filing legal claims and defending them); (b) Implement the terms and conditions of management services; and (c) protect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activities.
• Obtain your consent. In certain circumstances, we may specifically request your consent to the collection, use, or sharing of your personal information, such as when required by law.
• Create anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data. We may create anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data from your personal information and the personal information of other individuals we collect. We convert personal information into anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data by deleting information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data for legitimate business purposes and share it with third parties.

How do we share your personal information:

We will not disclose user photos or videos to third parties (except for uploading encrypted images to our cloud providers Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services to provide photo editing functionality for the application). We may share your non-photo and non-video information in the following situations:

• Subsidiary companies. We may share application usage information with our subsidiaries and affiliates for purposes consistent with this privacy policy.
• Service providers. We may share your personal information with service providers who provide services on our behalf or assist us in operating applications, such as customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management services. These third parties can only use your personal information in a manner consistent with this privacy policy as directed or authorized by us and are prohibited from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose.
• Third-party platforms and social media networks. If you enable the function or feature of connecting the application to third-party platforms or social media networks (such as logging into the application using your third-party account, providing the API key or similar access token of your application to third parties, or linking your application account to third-party services), we may disclose the personal information that you authorize us to share (such as when you choose to upload photos or videos to your social media account). We cannot control the use of your personal information by third-party platforms, which is subject to the privacy policy and terms and conditions of that third party.
• Professional consultant. We may disclose your personal information to professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurance companies as needed during the process of providing services to them.
• For compliance, fraud prevention, and security. We may share your personal information for the aforementioned compliance, fraud prevention, and security purposes.
• Business transfer. We may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of our business or assets, including your personal information, in connection with commercial transactions (or potential commercial transactions) such as company divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset sales, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution.
• Comply with the law. We may need to use and share your personal information to comply with applicable laws, legal requirements, and legal procedures, such as responding to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

• Choose to exit marketing communications and other push notifications. You can opt out of marketing-related communications and other notifications we send you through push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device.
• Device permissions. You can revoke any permissions you previously granted us, such as access to your camera, camera roll, or microphone, through settings on your mobile device.
• Cloud processing. You can request us to delete your information, including photos, from the cloud. Within 12-24 hours, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services will automatically delete this information by clicking the "Request Cloud Data Deletion" button in the "Support" section of the mobile device's application settings.
• Cookies and browser network storage. Most browsers allow you to delete or refuse cookies. For this, please follow the instructions in your browser settings. By default, many browsers accept cookies until you change your settings. Please note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, the website may not function properly. Similarly, your browser settings may allow you to clear your browser's network storage.
• Choose not to share your personal information. If the law requires us to collect your personal information, or if we need your personal information in order to provide you with an application, we may not be able to provide our services to you if you do not provide this information at the time of the request (or if you later request to delete it). We will inform you of the information that must be provided when using the application by specifying the required information or other appropriate means when collecting information.
• Third-party platforms or social media networks. If you choose to connect to the application through third-party platforms or social media networks, such as using Facebook to log in, you may be able to restrict the information we receive from third parties when you use third-party authentication services or other ways to connect to your account. Subsequently, you may be able to control your settings through third-party platforms or services. For example, you can access and change your settings through the Facebook app and website. If you revoke our ability to access certain information on third-party platforms or social media networks, this option will not apply to the information we have already obtained from that third party.

This application may contain links to other websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. These links do not imply our endorsement or representation of any third party. In addition, our content may be included in web pages, mobile applications, or online services that are not related to us. We do not control third-party websites, mobile applications, or online services and we are not responsible for their actions. Other websites, mobile applications, and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. Safety practice

We use commercially reasonable security measures to help protect the security of information collected through the application and take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your account (if you have an account with us). However, AI Restyle cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to AI Restyle services, nor can it guarantee that information on applications will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Please do your best to assist us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and device identifiers at all times and controlling your communication access with the AI Restyle service. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes made to the AI Restyle Service by the social media services you are connected to. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.

Retention

We have configured Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services to delete photos and related information within 12-24 hours after the last editing of the application. This allows you to revisit the image during this period for further modifications. For non-photo information that we may collect, we will only retain such information in a personal identification format as long as it is for the purposes specified in this privacy policy. You can also request us to use the "Request Cloud Data Deletion" button mentioned above or by deleting your information by contacting us.

Cross-border data transmission

We will store the information related to the application we collect on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud platform. For Amazon Web Services, we designate the United States as the location for data storage; For Google Cloud platform, when you use the application, we will store the data in the nearest available location to you. Your personal information may be accessed by service providers located outside of your state, province, or country. Your device ID (as well as general application usage information) may also be accessed by company technical support teams located outside of your state, province, or country. We rely on the privacy protection agreement described below to transfer data from the European Union and Switzerland to AI Restyle in the United States.

Children

This application is not intended for children under the age of 【Terms of Use】, and our policy does not allow children under the age of 13 to use this application. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will delete it. We encourage parents with concerns to contact us.

This section contains disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and only applies to "personal information" subject to CCPA.

Children under 16 and Advertising in California

The advertising feature in AI Restyle service is not applicable to individuals under the age of 16 in California. We do not intentionally collect information related to children under the age of 16 in California for advertising purposes. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this privacy policy and posting it on the application. We may, if required by law, provide change notifications through another means that we deem reasonable to reach you, such as through an application. Any modifications to this privacy policy will take effect after we publish new terms and/or implement new changes on the application (or as otherwise specified at the time of publication). In any case, your continued use of the application after posting any modified privacy policy constitutes your acceptance of the terms of the modified privacy policy.
